Return/Exchange Policy

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
If from any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may send the item/s back. The refund will be 25% less of  the value of your order, and the original shipping cost.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the original shipping date. 
Once the item has been worn, washed or the tags are removed it can’t be returned.
When returning items please make sure the original tags are attached and the item shown no signs of wear including sweat, make up, deodorant as such clothing cannot be accepted.
If you order an item that is not displayed on our website, whether by phone or in any other way, and the item has already been sewn according to your instructions, then the item cannot be returned nor replaced with another item.

Refunds:
Returns must be received within 14 days of your receipt of the shipment.
You are responsible for the return postage. Returns are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the package.
Refunds will be applied to the credit card/paypal account used for the purchase. Refunds may take 2-5 additional business days to appear on your statement or in your account.

Exchanges:
You are responsible for return postage. We will ship the exchange items, and any additional items you would like, you will be charged for shipping cost.
You may email us with the brand name, style number, size and color of the items you would like for an exchange so we can place them on hold for you as items can sell out prior to receiving your return package.
Exchanges are typically processed and shipped within 14 business days of receiving the package.
